Meet Our Team!

Anna had a passion for baking ever since she can remember.  Since then, she knew that she wanted to become a baker. In 1989, she moved to the states from Civita Castellana, Italy and opened Roma Bakery Pastry Shop with her father. Anna is our specialized cake decorator and airbrush artist.  Leave the creativity up to her!

Franco is from Faleria, Italy; a town a little outside of Rome.  He is co-owner of Roma Bakery Pastry Shop. Franco has a love for perfection and detail in all of his baking.  He knows that an incredible product comes from patience and practice over many years.  He belives in only the highest quality for all of Roma's baked goods.  

Franco is our excellent pastry chef and is baking fine pasteries since 1989.



Oliver is following in his father, Franco's, footsteps and is baking alongside him. Oli has watched his family bake since he was little and now it's his turn to give it a whirl.  He is the mastermind behind our double chocolate fudge cake & specialty cakes!

Elena is the glue that keeps our baking team together.  She is absolutely outstanding and is a part of our team for 4 years now.  When she's not working, she loves spending time with her children and family. She puts love and dedication into everything she bakes.  We are so lucky to have her!
